Virtual Learning Option
Keller ISD is currently offering a Virtual Learning Option for students in grades K-6.
Senate Bill 15 provides legislation and funding for a temporary virtual school option to begin the 2021-22 school year. At this time, Keller ISD is providing a temporary, asynchronous virtual classroom option (no live instruction) for students in grades K-6 who would prefer to attend school remotely instead of in person. This learning environment will allow students to engage in at-home virtual learning, utilizing Keller ISD instructional resources in kindergarten through sixth grade – ages where COVID-19 vaccinations are not yet available.
The Keller ISD Virtual Learning Option will be re-evaluated prior to the conclusion of the first nine-week grading period and periodically moving forward. At this time, Bilingual/ESL services will not be available through the temporary Virtual Learning Option.
