Chisholm Trail High School hosted the UIL Class 6A Area 3-4 Track and Field Meet on April 11, where Keller ISD crowned five Area Champions and qualified 27 student-athletes for the Regional Championships.

The following athletes were crowned Area Champions in their respective events: Franka Windmoeller from Keller High in the girls' 800-meter run, Kiyana Hooks from Timber Creek in the 100-meter hurdles, NyKaela Mays from Fossil Ridge for high jump, and Melissa Tagorda from Central High in the pole vault. Additionally, Will Scalf from Keller High claimed the top spot in the boys' shot put.

The UIL Region 1-6A Track and Field Championships will be held April 19-20 at the University of Texas at Arlington’s Maverick Stadium. Congratulations to all the student-athletes who competed at the Area Meet, and good luck to the athletes set to compete at Regionals!
