Congratulations to Kremena Galabova from Caprock Elementary who won the February 2023 Healthy Like Me Award from Keller Working on Wellness (KWOW). 

Kremena was nominated by Caprock coworker Eva Gutierrez who shared about how she was inspired by Kremena's story of how disciplined weight loss has improved her health in ways other than just a number on a scale. From requiring fewer medications to generally feeling better, Kremena's story has helped demonstrate for others how making small changes can have a big impact.
