SENIOR PARKING IMPORTANT DATES

    • June 10th

      • Information emails sent to parents

      • Step 1 Webstore Opens to begin purchasing parking/reserved parking spots. Download a copy and print.

      • Step 2 Commitment/contract form opens .

    • July 15th

      • Step 3 The "Parking Spot" Sign up form opens at 9:00 AM (in this form you will be able to get first dibs for a parking spot you prefer (first come, first served). The Sign-Up will close on July 22nd at midnight. For a better view of the Parking Spots available, Click Here

      • There is a 'Swap Option" on Sign Up Genius. For more information on the Swap Option, Click Here.

    • July 24th, 1:00 - 3:00 PM 

      • Step 4 Parking Pass Pick-Up - Students will come to the front lobby to pick up their parking pass and get their “Parking Spot” confirmation.

        • Please be prepared to show a copy of your parking payment receipt and Driver's License and Insurance at this time.

    • July 26 - July 28th Paint Days 

      • The parking lot will be locked and reserved for painting only during these days.  

      • You will not be able to pull up and park next to your spot. This is an effort to avoid driving over wet parking spots and/or paint supplies that make a bigger mess in the parking lot.   

      • Please read "Paint Information" at the bottom of the page.
    • SCHOOL EVENTS WILL START PROMPTLY AND THE PARKING LOT WILL BE UTILIZED FOR ALL EVENTS.  You will not have designated access to paint your spot after school events begin, and ALL paint supplies MUST be cleared from the parking lot.  

    Failure to clean up after yourself could result in the forfeit of your spot.  

How Do I Choose My Parking Spot

    Please follow these 4 easy steps below to sign up and choose your reserved parking spot! You MUST complete Steps 1 and 2 to be eligible to go to Step 3 "Sign Up Genius" and reserve a “parking spot”. Failure to do so, we will take the spot you chose in Sign Up Genius and open it for another student to grab. 

    You have to use ONLY your Keller ISD Student email account to proceed with the 3 first steps.

  • Purchase your Parking Permit AND Reserve a Parking Spot through the Keller ISD Webstore.

    $50 for a Parking Permit 

    $50 for a Parking Spot.

    You need to pay for both if you are getting a Reserved Parking Spot.

    *Download/screenshot the receipt and print a copy, you will need it to fill Step 2.

  • To receive a Senior Reserved Parking Spot. You have to complete Steps 1 & 2. 

    Is very important that students and parents read the Parking and Reserve Parking Policy and Agreement. If you only get a Parking Permit, you don't have to do Step 3.

    Before you start Step 2, have the following information ready:

    • Student's Full Name
    • Student ID Number
    • Student Birth Date
    • Student Driver's License Number  (Have a copy on PDF, Image or Screenshot ready) 
    • License Plate Number (car that student will be driving)
    • Vehicle Make, Model, Year, and Color
    • Insurance Company and Policy Number  (Have a copy on PDF, Image or Screenshot ready) 
    • Webstore Receipt number (complete Step 1 for this information)  (Have a copy on PDF, Image or Screenshot ready) 
  • Steps 1 & 2 MUST be completed PRIOR to signing up to choose your Sign-Up Genius “parking spot”. You will lose your "parking spot" if they are not complete. If all the spots available are taken, we will open more as needed.

    • Parking Pass Pick Up - Students will come to the front lobby to pick up their parking pass and get your “Parking Spot” confirmation on July 24th.

    • Please be prepared to show a copy of your parking payment receipt and Driver's License and Insurance at this time.

Paint Information

    • You must use FLAT, EXTERIOR house paint.    
    • Only approved colors will be allowed: white, black, "drum beat" red, "instant delight" yellow.  Names for the red & yellow are based on the brand available at Home Depot.  You may purchase elsewhere but you MUST ensure that it is color-matched.  
    • Guilded Gold interior paint is allowed as it is a true metallic paint and is not made for exterior - available at Home Depot.   
    • DO NOT blend paint colors. 
    • You must clean up and dispose of all materials needed to paint your parking space. 
    • Do not paint over white dividing lines. 

     

    FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PAINTING GUIDELINES COULD RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR RESERVED PARKING SPOT AND THE FORFEIT OF YOUR PAYMENT, WHICH WILL BE USED TO CLEAN/COVER YOUR SPOT.
