Officer Alvarez comes to HMS with close to 19 years of Law Enforcement experience—the last close to 8 years with Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD). Before joining FWPD, he began his career with the Hurst Police Department as Jailer. Officer Alvarez is in his 4th year as an SRO and joined Keller ISD this past October 2022. Forming and then further developing strong positive relationships with students, parents, and staff are of the utmost importance.
