The purpose of the Keller SHAKE Team is to develop confidence and interpersonal skills. Students learn a good firm handshake, to make eye contact, and to carry on a conversation for two minutes with an adult. The Team is open to all third and fourth grade students. We hold practices after school leading up to a campus competition. Five campus semi-finalists go on to the District competition.

Our school competition is Sept. 25, from 3:15 to 5:00 in the library. Parents may come and watch.

The district competition is Oct. 11. Qualifying students will be transported from school to the district office and back.
