  • PSAT/NMSQT Registration
    The PSAT takes place on all high school campuses every October. 10th and 11th grades are automatically registered for free and 9th grade can pay to register. Please contact the Assistant Principal in charge of testing at your high school campus with any questions.

    ACT Registration
    Registration, Career Planning, Test Prep, Last Minute Questions. Test fee waivers available in high school counseling office for students with Free/Reduced Lunch Program benefit.

    SAT Information & Registration
    Registration, Career Planning, Test Prep, Last Minute Questions. Students with Free/Reduced Lunch Program benefit can request a test fee waiver in their College Board account before registration.

    It is of the utmost importance that you STUDY before taking the ACT or SAT college entrance exam. Doing your best on these tests cannot only ensure your admission to the college of your choice, but it could also mean scholarship opportunities for you!

    • Schedule your test far enough in advance to give yourself plenty of time to prepare.

    • Study a little every day! Don’t wait until the last minute to cram for the test. You will not get your best results!!

    TSI Information

    The TSI Assessment (TSIA) is part of the Texas Success Initiative program designed to help your college or university determine if you are ready for college-level course work in the areas of reading, writing, and mathematics. If you are an incoming college student in Texas, you are required to take the TSI Assessment - unless you are already exempt - to determine your readiness for college-level work.

    Based on how you perform, you may either be enrolled in a college-level course and/or be placed in the appropriate developmental course or intervention to improve your skills and prepare you for success in college-level courses.
