Football Scouting, Media and Photo Requests
To better promote the accomplishments of Keller ISD students, the Keller ISD Athletics Complex allows for some scouting, media, photography, and radio representatives to have sideline or press access during stadium events.Media representatives interested in obtaining sidelines or press box access for an event at the Keller ISD Athletics Complex should request credentials by contacting Misti Hamilton at misti.hamilton@kellerisd.net no later than 3:00 PM on that Wednesday of that game week.
Requests for scouting access to the press box must be submitted to misti.hamilton@kellerisd.net by 3:00 PM on the Wednesday of that game week; otherwise, the request will not be honored.
Keller ISD Scouting, Media, and Photo Guidelines
- Any person on the sideline with a camera of any type must have an official Keller ISD Athletics Complex Media pass.
- Keller ISD reserves the right to remove the holder of any sideline pass from the premises at any time.
- All media members must remain out of restricted areas (i.e., players' box) and off the field.
- All approved media members must pay attention to the athletes in the field of play at all times.
- Any lost passes will not be reissued.
- Your media pass does not guarantee admission to the game. However, you will need to show your media credentials to enter the stadium or purchase a ticket.
- Private photographers/videographers will not be granted credentials.

According to the UIL, drones are not permitted at any UIL event, either before, during, or after the event.
