Trustee Chris Coker, Place 5

Chris CokerBoard Member Chris Coker is in the first year of his first term as a Keller ISD Trustee. He assumed office in May 2023.

A native of Hewitt, TX, situated just south of Waco, Mr. Coker has had a remarkable journey. After graduating from Midway High School in 2003, he pursued higher education at UNT in Denton. It was during his time at university that he ventured into the finance industry and achieved notable success with his own business. Recognizing the potential of his entrepreneurial endeavors, he decided to devote himself fully to the world of business. Over the years, he has founded and sold two companies, showcasing his acumen and astute business sense.

Presently, Mr. Coker holds the esteemed position of CEO at CRC Holdings LLC, a company that owns, operates, and manages multiple pharmacies. In this role, he assumes complete responsibility for the company's nationwide sales and operations. His expertise extends to the seamless management of the inventory supply chain, sales activities, formulary, and overall service and support in all markets. Additionally, Mr. Coker heads the company's physician consulting division, where he plays a vital role in establishing strong relationships between pharmacies, laboratories, and physicians.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Coker has demonstrated a profound commitment to his community. Previously an active member of C3 Church in Fort Worth, he dedicated numerous years to serving as the lead usher. Recently, upon relocating to Keller two years ago, he started attending Keystone Church, where he actively contributes as a member of the safety team. Family holds immense importance to Mr. Coker, and he has been happily married to his wife Holly for over 12 years. Together, they have been blessed with two children.

Notably, Mr. Coker's passion extends to helping coach his son's baseball team and his daughter's softball team, both of which participate in KYA. His decision to move to Keller was motivated by a desire to provide the best possible education for his children. Furthermore, he harbors a deep commitment to ensuring that Keller ISD maintains its reputation as a highly sought-after school district for families. He firmly believes in the preservation of educational values and considers KISD a beacon of hope for all.

Mr. Coker's current term on the Board will expire in May 2026.
