Keller ISD Campuses Host Special Events for Class of 2021

Keller ISD is excited to celebrate the Class of 2021, and many of our campuses are hosting events to honor these graduates who were former students at their schools. Check out the events below for your senior, and be sure to follow along with us on social media, using #KISDGrad21 to see the special moments!

*Please note that all guests are asked to follow Keller ISD safety protocols during all celebrations. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we safely celebrate the amazing Class of 2021!

Thursday, April 29
Freedom Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
Seniors who are former Freedom Elementary students are invited to the campus to participate in a Senior Walk. Graduates are encouraged to wear their caps and gowns, high school shirt, or college shirt. The walk will begin at 8 a.m.

Friendship Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
Friendship alumni who are graduating this year are invited to return to FSES for one last walk around the elementary school they attended in their caps and gowns.

Lone Star Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
LSES will host a special event to welcome back former Texans who are graduating. Seniors are encouraged to bring their caps and gowns and meet in the cafeteria at 7:45 a.m. Seniors will receive a goody bag, and parade will begin outside at 8 a.m., where family will be invited to watch.

Park Glen Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
Park Glen will host a Senior Graduation Memory Walk for seniors to visit with their former elementary teachers, and then take a walk around the outside of the school, wearing their caps and gowns, and receive well wishes from current PGES Cheetahs. RSVP to Colleen.Bartoszek@KellerISD.net.

Whitley Road Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
WRES invites the Class of 2021 to wear their caps and gowns, or high school or college shirt, and meet at the gym entrance to visit and prepare for the Senior Walk, which will begin at 8 a.m.

Friday, April 30
Parkwood Hill Intermediate/Hillwood Middle | 11 a.m.
Students who attended Parkwood Hill and Hillwood will gather in the gym, followed by a procession through the downstairs portion of HMS, allowing both the Parkwood Hill and Hillwood Staffs to celebrate these seniors and their upcoming graduation.

Monday, May 24
Basswood Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
Basswood will host a special event for graduating seniors. More information to come.

Bette Perot Elementary | 7:25 a.m.
Bette Perot invites graduates to wear their caps and gowns to visit the school one more time! There will be a breakfast reception in the front foyer at 7:25 for graduates to visit with classmates and BPES staff members, followed by a “Senior Shoutout” Live on the BPES Facebook Page at 7:55 a.m., and then the event will close with a graduate procession through the front loop.

Bluebonnet Elementary | 8:15 a.m.
Bluebonnet will celebrate their graduating seniors in the cafeteria/staff parking lot as graduates walk the school driveway in their caps and gowns. Please call (817)744-4500 with any questions.

Caprock Elementary | 7:30 a.m.
A senior breakfast will be held for former Caprock Gators graduating this year. Wear your caps and gowns and meet in the Caprock Elementary Library. Click here to RSVP.

Eagle Ridge Elementary | 7:30 a.m.
ERES invites its seniors to meet, in the front of the school or in the cafeteria, in the event of inclement weather. Breakfast will be available for seniors, who are also asked to wear their graduation gowns for the event. Seniors will join in ERES announcements to introduce themselves, share plans after high school, and share their favorite memory from elementary school. Parents and former ERES teachers are welcome to attend. 

Florence Elementary | 7:30 a.m.
Former Florence Falcons are invited to the FES Auditorium for donuts, juice, and mingling with teachers and friends, followed by a senior picture at 8 a.m., walking the halls of FES before the new building opens in the fall at 8:05, and a “clap out” in front of the building at 8:15.

Heritage Elementary | 8:15 a.m.
If you are a graduating senior and completed fourth grade at Heritage, you are invited back to visit with your former HES teacher in the circle drive. Please wear your cap and gown and RSVP at (817)744-4900 by May 14. Seniors will walk the halls of Heritage at 8:30 a.m., and parents are welcome to watch the live stream on the HES Facebook page until their student exits the building.

Hidden Lakes Elementary | 8 a.m.
HLES would like to invite all high school seniors who were Mustangs to participate in a Senior Walk, beginning with a check-in and creating a name sign at 8 a.m., followed by a parade around the circle drive at 8:15, and donuts, juice, and a photo on the playground at 8:40.

Independence Elementary | 8:15 a.m
IES will host an outdoor breakfast for teachers and staff members to visit with former Mavericks on the basketball court. Graduates are encouraged to wear their caps and gowns.

Keller-Harvel Elementary | 8 a.m.
KHES will celebrate its graduates with an “Alumni Parade.” Seniors will walk the driveway of the school in their caps and gowns and then proceed to the playground for a class picture. Class of 2020 graduates are also invited to join in the celebration and are encouraged to wear their favorite school shirt.

Liberty Elementary | 8:15 a.m.
The Class of 2021 will meet at the front of the campus at 8:15 a.m. in their caps and gowns, then walk the school grounds while staff and students cheer them on. The Class of 2020 is also invited to join in the fun as last year’s event was not able to happen.

North Riverside Elementary | 7:45 a.m.
Former North Riverside students who are graduating this year are invited to campus for a breakfast and parade. Following the donuts and visits with former elementary teachers, seniors will be led down the main hallway to be congratulated with fist bumps and well wishes from current students. Please wear your caps and gowns and RSVP to Kristina.Mugg@KellerISD.net by May 17.

Parkview Elementary | 8:15 a.m.
In honor of Parkview Elementary Alumni, the campus invites graduates to a drive-through celebration. Please RSVP to Rimi.Hatoum@KellerISD.net by May 17.

Ridgeview Elementary | 7:30 a.m.
The Class of 2021 Ridgeview alumni are invited to wear their caps and gowns and join RES for breakfast and record a special video with introductions, plans after high school, and best memories of elementary school. The winners of the RES Alumni Scholarships will also be announced, followed by a parade through the halls of RES to send the graduates out with cheers and best wishes. Click here to RSVP by May 20.

Shady Grove Elementary | 7:30 a.m.
Former Shady Grove Stars are invited to the SGES cafeteria for donuts and juice as they mingle with teachers and friends. A senior photo will be taken at 8 a.m., and then parents are welcome to join the fun outside as the seniors participate in a clap out around the building.

Willis Lane Elementary | 8:15 a.m.
WLES will host a “Clap Out” for former students who are graduating this year. More information to come.

Woodland Springs Elementary | 7:30 a.m.
Please join WSES for its Alumni Senior Breakfast and “Send off.” Seniors are invited to wear a t-shirt from their chosen college and bring their caps and gowns for one last walk through the school. Please RSVP to Karen.Lorenz@KellerISD.net by May 14.
