Keller ISD Launches Instructional Resources Site

Keller ISD has launched a web presence to provide more information about the governance and processes surrounding the District's instructional resources.

This new resource can be found at www.KellerISD.net/InstructionalResources.

Below is a message to KISD families and employees from Superintendent Dr. Rick Westfall announcing the launch of the site:

Keller ISD Families and Employees,

Keller ISD administrators and the District’s Board of Trustees understand the importance of parent involvement in the education of their children. We are listening to the concerns from all of our stakeholders and we hear you.

A few weeks ago, I shared with you ways in which Keller ISD was working to better evaluate curricular resources in light of questions about the appropriateness of certain library books. As I shared at the time, this is a task District administrators began earlier this year, and we are inviting our community to follow along with us on this journey by visiting our new Instructional Resources site on KellerISD.net.

You can view this new site at www.KellerISD.net/InstructionalResources. Additional content will be added to the site in the coming weeks and months as processes are refined and new information becomes available.

I look forward to your continued involvement in this process and appreciate your support of the students and staff of Keller ISD.
