Teacher Transfer Requests
Transfer Guidelines
Current Keller ISD teachers employed on a Chapter 21 Probationary or Term contract may request a transfer to another campus. Submitting an application requesting a transfer does not guarantee a transfer will be granted. The Transfer Request application will be available March 7, 2025-March 24, 2025.
To submit a Transfer Request application, visit the Career Opportunities page on the Keller ISD website or click HERE. You must set up an account to access the Transfer Request application from the Internal Job section of the job board. If you already have an account, log in to access the Transfer Request application.
Follow the directions below to set up an account:
- Click in the top right corner – Sign In/Register
- Enter an email address and click Continue (a personal email address is recommended)
- A verification email will be sent to your email inbox
- Verify your account
- Return to the Keller ISD job board to log in
- Once logged in, navigate to the Internal Jobs tab
- Click on the Teacher Transfer Request (2025-2026) job posting
- Read the Job Description for more information about transfers.
- Click Apply for this job!
Paraprofessionals, Substitutes, Adjunct Educators, late-hire teachers working on a non-Chapter 21 contract, or other District employees wishing to apply for a teaching position should complete the application as an external candidate.
