TCHS, CHS and FRHS Advance to Area UIL One-Act Competitions

Timber Creek High School, Central High School and Fossil Ridge High School are headed to the next stage, securing spots in their respective UIL One-Act Play Area contests.

In the 5A division, Fossil Ridge’s powerful performance of "The Sweet Science of Bruising" has continued to impress judges throughout the competition, earning multiple superlative honors for its cast and crew. They will perform at the UIL 5A Area 2 contest on Friday, April 10, at Central High School (9450 Ray White).

In the 6A classification, Timber Creek High School's moving production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and Central High School's dynamic performance of "The Last Witch" both advanced to the Area contest. They will take the stage at the UIL 6A Area 1 contest on Saturday, April 11, at the Wylie ISD Performing Arts Center in Abilene (4502 Antilley Road).

Congratulations to all three schools on this outstanding achievement, and break a leg at Area!
