PGES Student Honored in National PTA Reflections Program
Park Glen Elementary third grader Soleil Torres has earned national recognition for her recent Accessible Arts Dance Choreography submission, receiving the PTA Award of Merit in the National PTA Reflections Program.
Torres choreographed and performed an original dance titled Feelings, which earned her the Overall Award of Excellence in the Texas PTA Reflections Contest, advancing her to the national level.
She was one of only two students from Keller ISD to advance to the National PTA competition and has made history as Keller ISD’s first-ever National PTA Reflections award recipient.
