Parkview ES Principal Named Region 11 TEPSAN of the Year

Parkview Elementary Principal Clarence Scott has been named the 2025 Region 11 TEPSAN of the Year by the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA).

Members from the 20 TEPSA Regions across the state annually honor a colleague for their exceptional service to the association. Award recipients must be committed to advancing the principalship and advocating for Texas PreK-8 students and educators.

“I am truly honored to be recognized as the Region 11 TEPSAN of the Year, and I am proud to be a part of this organization that values the hard work of our educators and administrators," Scott said. "I have greatly benefitted from being a part of TEPSA, and I love the opportunity to network and collaborate with fellow Texas principals in providing the best educational environments for our students and teachers. It is a definite honor to serve this great organization, and I look forward to continuing to support my fellow leaders, teachers, and students."

TEPSA, whose hallmark is educational leaders learning with and from each other, has served Texas PreK-8 school leaders since 1917. Member-owned and member-governed, TEPSA has more than 6,000 members who direct the activities of more than three million PreK-8 school children.

"We are proud to recognize the outstanding contributions of Clarence, whose dedication and leadership have significantly advanced the goals and mission of our Association,” said TEPSA Executive Director Harley Eckhart.

Honorees will be recognized at the TEPSA Legacy Luncheon June 11 at the Round Rock Kalahari.
