Keller Baseball Advances to UIL State Championship Game
Keller High School baseball is headed to the Class 6A Division 1 State Championship after defeating Rockwall in a best-of-three state semifinal series.

After dropping the opening game 5-2, the Indians responded with back-to-back victories, winning 4-0 in Game 2 and 7-6 in Game 3 to secure the series and earn a spot in the UIL state title game.

Keller (39-4-2) will face Austin Lake Travis (32-11-1) at noon Saturday, June 6, at Dell Diamond in Round Rock. The winner will be crowned the Class 6A Division I state champion.

Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased through the UIL state baseball spectator information page.

Parking will be available at Dell Diamond for $10 per vehicle. Only card payments will be accepted; cash will not be accepted for parking.

Fans attending the championship game should note that Dell Diamond's clear bag policy will be in effect. Additionally, bubbles and baby powder will not be permitted inside the stadium.

The Indians enter the championship game after an impressive postseason run and will look to bring home the program's first state championship since returning to the title stage for the first time in five years.
