Keller ISD Council of PTAs Earns Top State Honor

Keller ISD Council of PTAs Earns Top State Honor

The Keller ISD Council of PTAs (KCPTAs) earned the Outstanding Council – Platinum Award from Texas PTA for their work during the 2024-25 school year. The award recognizes councils that go above and beyond in supporting students, families, and schools.

The announcement was made in July at the Texas PTA Annual Leadership Conference (LAUNCH), held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. The conference – now in its 116th year – brings together PTA leaders from across the state for training, networking, and the annual membership meeting.

To earn the Platinum Level recognition, the Keller ISD Council demonstrated excellence in parent engagement, leadership development, advocacy, and campus support. Their work aligns with Texas PTA’s 10 Council Priorities: connections, membership, trainings, assisting, modeling, promoting, purposes, advocacy, youth, and programs.

This recognition highlights the dedication of KCPTAs' volunteers and their ongoing commitment to strengthening the connection between families and schools across the district.
