KCAL Graphic Design Teacher Selected as First Star Educator for 2026-27

Keller ISD is thrilled to recognize Keller Center for Advanced Learning Graphic Design teacher Andrea Haefeli as the first recipient of the Keller ISD Star Educator Award for the 2026-27 school year.

Haefeli was nominated by former student Mackenzi Christenson, who credits her instruction with sparking a lasting interest in marketing and helping shape a successful career in the technology industry. Now a Marketing Manager for HeartCentrix Solutions, Christenson also praised the strength of Haefeli’s program and the preparation it provides students for professional settings. Her nomination reflects the lasting impact Haefeli has had on students and the foundation she helped build for their future success.
