Five New Principals Approved for 2025-26

Keller ISD is excited to announce five new principal hires for the 2025-26 school year.  

At its Thursday, June 12, Regular Meeting, the KISD Board of Trustees approved and announced new leaders at the Keller Center for Advanced Learning, Fossil Hill Middle School, Hillwood Middle School, Vista Ridge Middle School, and Lone Star Elementary School.

Lee Parker has been named the new Principal of the Keller Center for Advanced Learning.

Parker has been serving as the Principal at the Keller Compass Center since 2022. He began his teaching career in Irving ISD in 2003. In 2013, he transitioned to an assistant principal role in that district before joining Keller ISD.   

He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Master of Education in School Administration from Lamar University.


Ben Moore has been approved as the new Principal at Fossil Hill Middle School.

He has been serving as an assistant principal at FHMS since 2022. He began his teaching career at Fossil Ridge High School in 2011 before moving to the role of Administrative Associate at FRHS in 2021.  

Moore earned his Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas and his Master of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

 

Kevin Wilson has been approved as Hillwood Middle School’s new Principal.

He has been serving as an assistant principal at Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD's Chisholm Trail High School since 2023. He began his teaching career as a middle school teacher and coach in Irving ISD and also spent time as an employee in Northwest ISD.  

Wilson earned his Bachelor of History from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Masters of School Administration from Lamar University.

 

Diane Wilson was approved as the new Principal at Vista Ridge Middle School.

She served as an assistant principal at Timber Creek High School this past school year and was previously an assistant principal at Keller Middle School. She began her career in education as a teacher and coach in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD in 1996, and she has also worked at high schools in Arlington ISD and Northwest ISD.  

Wilson earned her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.

 

Juli Maddy will be the new Principal at Lone Star Elementary School.

She has been serving as the LSES Assistant Principal since 2022. Prior to her move to campus administration, she taught at Keller ISD’s Friendship Elementary, where she began her teaching career in 2006.    

Maddy earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from West Texas A&M University and her Master of Educational Leadership from Lamar University.  

 

All five new principals will officially begin their new roles in July. Please join us in congratulating them on these new leadership positions within Keller ISD.
