"I first discovered my love for theatre here in Keller ISD thanks to the brilliant and hardworking theatre teachers I had, notably Kathleeen Tate at Willis Lane, Jane Ostrander at Chisholm Trail, Lena Paulauskas at Fossil Hill, and Patrick McCrea at Timber Creek HS. These teachers changed my life, helped me to build confidence within myself as a socially awkward and anxious kid, and they inspired me to live a life of creativity.

After graduating from Keller,  I earned a with a B.A. in Theatre from Denison University and worked extensively in the Columbus, OH area as a freelance director, stage manager and actor. Over time, I gravitated to sharing my passion for theatre with kids. I moved back home to become a theatre teacher here in Keller ISD and I can proudly say that this is my dream job.

It's a huge honor for me to pay the kindness and generosity of my teachers forward and to inspire the next generation of actors, designers, technicians, directors and writers to carry on the tradition of excellence here in Keller ISD Fine Arts."
