"First and foremost, I am a third-generation teacher following in my grandmother and mother's footsteps. I grew up in the Keller ISD and during that time my mom started teaching for the district, I was heavily influenced by my art teachers in high school to pursue a degree in the fine arts. I moved back to the area after attaining my BFA in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design and was working for a children's museum which kickstarted my passion for teaching kids.

I wanted to share the knowledge I started building the foundation in Keller ISD, and some of the teachers I had are still within Keller ISD or have moved up to administrative positions, helping pave the way for the next round of educators. I wanted to help inspire the next generation of future artists and help them realize their capabilities to the fullest extent like my teachers did for me! I am thankful to continue Keller ISD as an educator."
