"Keller ISD is more than where we work. It is our home. It is where we grew up, where our children now attend school, and where we have the privilege of giving back to a community that once poured into us.

We love connecting with our students and meeting them right where they are. It happens in the small, everyday moments. Greeting them at the door in the morning, noticing the little things, celebrating their wins, and even shooting hoops with them. Those relationships help break down barriers and allow students to begin believing in themselves. And once that belief starts to grow, you begin to see real change in them.

Getting to do this work together, in the same building with the same students, makes it even more meaningful. Students are always watching. We have the opportunity to model kindness, respect, grace and what strong healthy relationships look like.

We hope every student knows they are seen, valued, loved, and capable. And that they will always have two Townsleys cheering them on."
