Out of these 50 competitors, 14 have the opportunity to automatically advance to state. Only 5 students in our Area will advance to the state level in the individual events and the ten top groups will move to state. Please ensure that your student (if competing) is taking time out of the school day to study for these competitive events. Online testing will be held on November 30th at KCA during the school day.
Community Service Update:
*HOSA students do more than practice medicine, they also practice humility by volunteering at various community services events and organizing donation drives.*
Sock drive benefiting the Tarrant County Hands of Hope - students donated hundreds of pairs of socks to help our homeless neighbors in Tarrant County.
Medical City Spooktacular:
HOSA members had a great time volunteering at the Medical City Alliance Spooktacular Fall Festival! They helped set up the tables, communicated with guests, and helped clean up. They also helped register attending guests and explained the games that were going to occur.
