The 2022-2023 school year will be the 17th year Mrs. Jones has worked in Keller ISD. This year will be her first year at Bear Creek Intermediate School serving as the School Counselor for students last names A-G. Prior to Bear Creek, Mrs. Jones worked as an elementary campus school counselor in Keller ISD, as well as served as an Intervention Counselor. Mrs. Jones attended Texas A&M University for her undergraduate degree, and received her M.ED at the University of North Texas.

Jake Seibert

Counselor for: Last names H-O

The 2022-2023 school year will be Mr. Seibert's first year serving as a school counselor at Bear Creek Intermediate. He is joining the BCI team from a split counseling position at Bette Perot Elementary and Eagle Ridge Elementary.  This is Mr. Seibert’s sixth year as a counselor and his fourth in the district. Mr. Seibert has been a behavior specialist in Massachusetts and a school counselor in Vermont before he joined Keller ISD.

Susan Hester

Counselor for Last Names P - Z

Hi Braves!  My name is Susan Hester and I am thrilled to be a BCI counselor for families P-Z! This is my 21st year in education. I was a Special Education teacher for the first 10 years of my career and this will be my 11th year as a School Counselor. I am married and we have 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. I love to travel throughout our country by camping and exploring the National Parks. We have visited all 50 states and several Canadian Provinces. I also love to read, make puzzles, and spend time with my family & our dogs. We have lived in Keller for the past 17 years, so I am excited to be able to serve my community and I cannot wait to meet my new BCI staff, students, and families!
