    Bodie Carroll serves as the Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) for Keller ISD. In his role, he oversees approximately 18,000 students from seventh to twelfth grade in the CTE Department consisting of thirty-one different programs. Bodie began his time in Keller ISD serving as a veterinary science instructor and establishing the program for Keller ISD. The veterinary program has grown from 1 to 6 teachers and 125 to over 800 students since its beginning in 2016. Bodie works behind the scenes to help make students and teachers successful by assisting with internships, clinical sites, curriculum and instruction, certifications, program visioning, and much more. Bodie’s wife, Lauren, is a local veterinarian and they have two young kids that will soon be students in Keller ISD. Bodie is involved in the local community as a member of Milestone Church and the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce. Bodie received his Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees from Texas A&M University and recently completed his Educational Administration Master’s Degree program from Lamar University.

     

     

    Keith Killebrew

    Keith Killebrew is one of the CTE Coordinators for KISD and leads the School of Engineering. He serves on a team that has been instrumental in the development and work taking place at the Keller Center for Advanced Learning (KCAL).  Currently, over 4000 students take career tech courses at KCAL including engineering courses from the nationally recognized STEM program, Project Lead The Way.  Keith has spent much of his career working with this organization and was honored to be selected as a PLTW Master Teacher for PLTW’s capstone course, Engineering Design and Development.  During Keith’s 13 years in education, his team has implemented work-based learning programs in Keller that engage over 700+ students each year in internships and apprenticeships with over 160 business partners.  One of these key business partners, Lockheed Martin, employs 26 PLTW seniors from Keller ISD as interns.  These students are part of the Lockheed Martin PLTW High School Internship Program that begins with internships in high school, continues with summer internships while in college and culminates with job offers with Lockheed Martin upon college graduation.  Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Texas in Arlington.  

     

     

    Justin Walker

    Justin Walker has joined the district CTE team this year after serving the last 8 years as a secondary assistant principal. Justin works specifically with Business, Marketing, Finance, Fashion Design, Interior Design, and Architectural Design across all secondary campuses. Prior to working in education, Justin worked in professional sports for 5 years in the field of Sports Marketing. Justin earned a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Mass Communication from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Educational Administration from Lamar University.  

     

     

     

     

    Debby Schneeman

    CTE Coordinator

     

    Debby Schneemann is a CTE Coordinator with a background in Medicine. She has 16 years of experience in education including 12 years on a large home campus, 2 years at KCAL, and 2 years at the Keller Collegiate Academy. She will be responsible for the Human and Animal Science pathways along with the Family Consumer Science and Teaching & Training pathways. She is passionate about providing students opportunities to explore career options and prepare them for future success. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, an Associates of Applied Science in Surgical Technology, and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lamar University. She has been married for 30 years, has two adult children, and loves living life on her farm northwest of Justin.
