Welcome to ISMS girls pre-athletics where you will learn how to become Lady Eagles!  We pride ourselves on our student athletes and their character and sportsmanship.  Coach Davis and Coach Gneiting will be teaching your class so if you have questions, please send them to both of us (see emails below) and one of us will get back to you.  

You will need athletics clothes when school starts and a combination lock.  You will be assigned a locker in the locker room.  For athletics, we wear navy shorts and gray t-shirts.  We are in the process of changing vendors, so please be patient and we will accept navy or black athletic shorts and a gray t-shirt.  We prefer a plain gray t-shirt, but school appropriate with words or pictures will be acceptable.

During pre-athletics, we will provide basic skills instruction in all of the sports we participate in and some general conditioning workouts.
