This course is designed to provide students who are focused on audio, video & film production an opportunity to learn and refine their technical and conceptual skills through the creation of advanced level video/film projects. It is primarily a hands-on course, concentrating on the production, critical discussion and execution of short format videos in documentary, narrative and experimental forms. The courses will emphasize producing, directing, and editing skills, with the effective use of camera work and sound design.

    Audio/Video Production I & II    I    Commercial Photography

I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a B.A. in Communications. Before my life as an educator, I worked at the ABC and Fox stations as a news photographer and the Chief Photographer for the NBC station in Hawaii. After moving to the DFW area I freelanced for Fox 4 News and the Dallas Cowboys. My first teaching job was at Timber Creek High School as the A/V teacher, where we started TCTV (Timber Creek Television). I have 3 children who attended Keller ISD schools, one at Central and two at Timber Creek. I am the supervising instructor for the video board at the KISD stadium.

Graphic Design I      I      Practicum in A/V Production

Hello! I’m Greg, a dynamic creative visionary with over three decades of marketing experience in the eye health market. I began my journey as a musician at heart while working for an eye care company. I’ve worn many hats over the past 3 decades, including various roles such as CEO, Vice President, International VP and Head of Marketing & Sales.

My creativity has been the foundation of my success and has given me resilience during times of growth and learning. I’ve been fortunate to have had amazing teachers during my academic years and incredible mentors throughout my professional career. I intend to bring the best of my experiences to the classroom and hope students will be able to use the knowledge on their journey.

In my personal time, I enjoy composing music, creating digital media projects and playing with my two furry children.  I love spending time with my amazing wife Sheri and visiting with my three non-furry young adults. :)
