CTE Programs of Study
Endorsements and Graduation
Students in Keller ISD can earn one or more endorsements as part of their graduation requirements. There are five endorsement areas from which to choose: Arts & Humanities, Business & Industry, Public Services, Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM), or Multidisciplinary Studies. Within each of these endorsement areas, there are programs of study that have been grouped together by interest or skill set. These programs of study are called "pathways." Each of the 30 KISD pathways is composed of a coherent sequence of classes that will provide a rich and rigorous high school experience and prepare a student for whatever he or she chooses to do after graduation. These pathways have been carefully designed and it is important that classes be followed as the pathway is intended so that a student gets the full benefit.
