The Keller ISD Citizens Bond Oversight Committee is a body of residents that monitors the district's progress on projects that have resulted from bond elections.
Working with the CBOC gives the administration the opportunity to be transparent about its expenditure of bond funds, while also giving residents the opportunity to play a role in advising the district on how projects should progress.
