Keller ISD's School Walk for Diabetes on April 17 raised more than $21,000 for the American Diabetes Association.
Though the weather was gloomy, the rain didn't stop this year's event from being a huge success as walkers from throughout the community and area turned out at Keller Middle School track and field complex to raise money for the American Diabetes Association. The funds will go to support programs aimed at curing and preventing diabetes, and improving the lives of all those affected by the condition.
The event was hosted by the district and the Diabetic Students at Keller High School.
