KISD to honor military at KHS-FRHS football game

All veterans and current military servicemen in the Keller ISD community are invited to the Fossil Ridge-Keller football game Friday, Nov. 6 for KISD Military Night.

Those who have already and continue to serve our country proudly will be admitted into the game free of charge and serve as honorary captains for the game, joining the teams on the field for the pre-game coin toss.

All veterans and servicemen are asked to meet in the south end zone plaza, near the flag poll, by 7 p.m.

The Navy Leap Frogs will also make a pre-game appearance, parachuting into the stadium to present the game ball.

Once again, this year's game between Keller and Fossil Ridge carries postseason implications as the winner will claim a playoff spot.

The annual showdown between the Panthers and Indians will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at the Keller ISD Athletic Complex.

TICKET UPDATE: Fossil Ridge fans who are not season ticket holders but would like to purchase reserved seats for Friday's game can do so throughout the week in the FRHS front office. These tickets are normally only sold at the stadium gate on game day. Reserved tickets are $10.
