Registration for regular bus transportation to and from school opens July 29 as Keller ISD is once again teaming up with Durham School Services and Radiant RFID to provide a bus service option to families.
Families can register online at kisd.busrideonline.com to pay with a credit card. Rates for the Fall 2012 Semester will be $175.00 per rider, though a reduced rate is available for qualified families.
Those wishing to pay by cash or check will also have the opportunity to do so before the start of school by visiting the Keller ISD Maintenance and Operations Building at 11300 Alta Vista Road. The M&O Building will be open to parents registering their students for bus service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the weeks of August 6-9 and August 13-16.
Payments online require a valid credit card, along with a personal email address, student ID number, and the legal last name of the student being registered.
Riders will once again be required a radio frequency identification (RFID) badge to board the bus each morning and afternoon. New RFID badges will be distributed for this year, and those from 2011-12 will no longer be valid. Replacement badges can be ordered on kisd.busrideonline.com.
Campus registration for the upcoming 2012-13 school year is required before a student will be allowed to register for bus service.
