As a Keller ISD employee, when will I know if I still have a job or not?
The District’s goal is to let employees know about the status of their positions as soon as possible, but several factors play into the decision of specific individuals.
Currently, incentives are being offered to employees for early resignation notice or resignation from particular contracts. Until it is known who is leaving voluntarily, the District does not know who we need to stay. Additionally, administrators continue to work on scheduling at the high school level, and until classes are determined, it is unclear how many teachers will be necessary to teach them.
Employees should continue to keep in contact with their supervisor. As soon as decisions are made regarding individuals, those individuals will be informed in a fair and timely manner.
