When trying to access my student's teacher Web site via the left-hand menu on a KISD campus Web site, I only get a blank box.
Difficulty accessing the fly-out options on Keller ISD campus Web sites is one of the most reported issues regarding KISD's Web presence, but is also a very simple one to fix.
Keller ISD's campus Web sites are best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 or greater, though they should be compatible with most Web browsers. However, Internet Explorer 8 users may encounter a compatibility issue that prevents KISD campus sites fly-out menus from appearing properly.
To solve this issue, IE8 users can access the "Tools" menu, click on "Compatibility View Settings," and check the box at the bottom next to "Display all websites in Compatibility View." Upon closing the "Compatibility View Settings" dialog box, users should now be able to see KISD campus sites fly-out menus.
